Crash Reporting

The WordGrow app (a product of Studio Bright) uses Firebase Crashlytics, a service provided by Google, to collect anonymized crash reports that help us diagnose and fix stability issues. When the app crashes or encounters an error, Crashlytics may collect:

  • Device model and operating system version
  • App version and build number
  • Stack traces and the state of the app at the time of the crash
  • Anonymous installation identifiers used solely to group reports from the same device

This information is not linked to your identity, is not used for tracking across apps or websites, and is not used for advertising. WordGrow does not collect your advertising identifier (IDFA), and crash reports are not associated with your user account.

Crash data is retained by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days. You can learn more about Firebase's data handling at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and update your personal information.
  • Opt-out of marketing communications.
  • Request deletion of your data.
